Greenmount Cricket Club are sad to report that former player, committee man and long-time club member Roger Foy has died at the age of 79.
Roger (pictured) was second team captain during the 1980s and was involved in the club’s junior set-up which brought through a number of talented cricketers including his son Darron.
His funeral will be held at East Lancashire Crematorium, Radcliffe on Thursday, July 17th at 2.30pm and afterwards at the Log Cabin where the family invite everyone to share their memories of Roger.
