The Sri Lankan tour that Greenmount’s Amal Dalugoda and John Stevens recently embarked on finished on a high note as the XPro Academy team they were coaching won their final three matches against a selection of local academy teams, making it five wins out of six.
The group of under-13 boys – which included Greenmount’s Rion Dalugoda – also won a T20 competition at the prestigious Moors CC in Columbo, the first trophy win by an XPro team in Sri Lanka!
There was also a guest appearance from ex-Sri Lanka test star Roy Dias.
