South African professional Jacques Snyman has completed his fourth season with the club signing off with 43 in a tight win against Enfield at the Log Cabin on Sunday.
He finished as the leading run scorer in the Premier Division league games with 981 runs including nine 50s and a century, averaging 57.
Once again it has been a memoral season for Jacques, not least for the birth of his second daughter Kaylee in August.
Jacques will return next year and the club will keep you updated on any of his notable performances and achievements over the winter.

Meanwhile, after five years at second team captain, Oliver Dixon has decided to step down from the role.
It’s been a fantastic effort of commitment and perseverance in a challenging role over the years and we’d like to thank Oli for hit hard work and time. It’s hugely appreciated.
First team round-up
Just a week remains in the season now. The first team signed off the home fixture list with a narrow win over Enfield with Callum Hunter taking four wickets and Noah Birtwistle three.
The second team
The second team were soundly beaten at Rochdale and will drop into Junior League Two next season.
The third team
The third team fixtures are now complete and they too will drop into Division Two of the Third Team competition next summer.
It’s been a challenging summer for the senior teams with significant limits to key player availability and a number of injuries reducing our squad sizes.
This weekend
This coming Sunday the second team play their last match of the season at the Log Cabin against Clitheroe while the first team travel in the opposite direction.
Although the firsts are lying comfortably in eighth position, victory at the weekend could yet see us leapfrog three teams on the final day and qualify for the Lancashire Knockout places next year. So it’s all to play for on the final day of the season.
The last time we made the trip to Clitheroe was a relegation survival match four years ago which we unfortunately los. No such threat this time. The only way is up!
